	The Union of Civilized Worlds

Information	The Union of Civilized Worlds is an interstellar alliance of advanced worlds that live together in harmony. It is governed primarily by the Caucus Assembly and Caucus Forum, with the Chancellor. The primary functions of the government is to defend against internal and external threats, determine membership qualifications, and oversee trade. The UCW is currently at peace with its two neighboring states, the F'plrara Confederations and the Skellarian Empire, but due to philosophical beliefs, there is always a state of tension. Internally, the primary concerns are interstellar pirates and planetary supercrime. Three organizations handle internal and external problems: the UCW Defense Force, the Galactic Guard, and the Stellar Shield.

	Member Worlds Information The Member Worlds include the Founding Worlds and other worlds whose populations are non-agressive and generally utopian (each according to their own). Such worlds have representation to both the Caucus Form and Caucus Assembly.
