Chewie always knew that he was special. It was only everybody else who just thought he was a low life thug. Chewie naturally thumbed his nose at his critics. His one passion was for cars, and after dropping out of school he got a job working in a garage. He liked to drive his El Camino around Verona Bay at night after work showing off. One night disaster struck. Chewie was driving his car near the Castillo oil refinery, when the place practically exploded in front of him. Debris fell onto his El Camino gouging a deep scratch in its paint job. Anger suffused Chewie as he steeped out of his car. Looking around he found the cause. A bunch of Castillo brats, and some Montella hanger ons, were fighting a group of four women who were holding their own. His eyes narrowed when he saw one of the women throwing pieces of the refinery all over the place. Chewie knew that this was the one who damaged his car. Chewie charged forward and slammed right into the back of Diamond Crusader and was knocked back to the ground. Diamond Crusader barely gave him another glance. The Elementals were in Verona Bay to destroy the Castillo oil refinery which was polluting a local stream. For Diamond Crusader, Chewie was nothing more than a distraction. It was this indifference which caused Chewie's Uber powers to burst forth. Earthquakes rocked Verona Bay, as his powers went out of control. Massive damage was caused to Verona Bay that night. Unknown to the Castillo and the Montella, Chewie made his escape. However, his exit was noted by the Elementals, although they were too busy themselves with the destruction Chewie had caused. Weeks later, Chewie finally got his powers under control. It was also at the time when the knock landed on his door. Standing at his door was an arrogant European with a pointy nose. “I am Seiche,” said the man, “It is time for the world to be brought to its knees. It is time for Ruin.” After meeting with Seiche, Chewie, who took the code name San Andreas, left Verona Bay. San Anndreas, along with the others that Seiche had recruited, were going to bring ruin to the world. For Chewie it sounded like it might be fun. |
San Andreas is a bully with super powers, and he likes to beat people up. He also has a cruel streak and likes to torment his victims as much as possible. Of course he likes to dish it out more than he can take it. Like most bullies, he’s a coward at heart. San Andreas also holds society in contempt because society never gave him anything. For this reason, San Andreas is going to bring the world to ruin. |
"The fault line starts here, hombre." |
San Andreas is very much connected with the power of the Earth. It’s only when he’s in contact with the Earth that his powers are effective. The Earth grants San Andreas with Uberhuman strength and resiliency. His contact allows San Andreas to manipulate the tectonic plates in a local area. Usually this manifests itself in powerful earthquakes. San Andreas can channel the earthquakes through his body causing massive knockback with his punches. While in contact with the ground San Andreas can move the earth back creating tunnels. |
San Andreas is a stocky Latino with a muscular build. He has flinty black eyes, short black hair, and a thick mustache. For a costume, he wears a red mask that covers the upper part of his face, a matching open front shirt that shows off his body, blue jeans, and black boots. |
