Somewhere in the Himalayas Mountains, ten years ago… The helicopter touched down sending dirty snow flying to the four winds. A sliding door in the side of the helicopter slid back with a bang as two commandoes landed on the ground moving. These two were quickly followed by two more. The rotors of the helicopter didn’t slow. Soon the all-clear signal was given, and the pilot proceeded to power down the machine.Night in the mountains of South East Asia are dark as dark can be. The camp of the self-styled General Cho lay in ruins. His visitor from Singapore gently stepped from his helicopter with bodyguards forming a perimeter around him. Ever where the criminal mastermind Evol Khan looked there was devastation. All the building in the came had been destroyed, and fires raged all around. It was only by the light of the fire that Evol Khan and his men could see.Evol Khan couldn’t help but sigh. He knew that one day his ally in the drug trade would eventually meet such a fate. General Cho was too excitable. The mastermind always took the long-term view when it came to crime. Evol Khan walked further into the ruins. He could see that massive pieces of masonry had been thrown around as if thrown by giants, clearly the work of an Uber. With a weary wave of his hand, his men fanned out searching the camp over. Maybe there would be something to salvage from the carnage. Waste not; want not was one of Evol Khan’s favorite maxims. It wasn’t more than five minutes before Evol Khan was called over by one of his men. They had found something. That something had turned out be General Cho, or what was left of him. It looked like General Cho had been on the loosing in a battle with a meat grinder. Blood oozed from a stump of an arm, and the socket of a missing eye.All this Evol Khan took in with a practiced eye. Nothing escaped the mastermind. Leaning over his cane Evol Khan said pleasantly, “Ah Cho, I hope I’m not anything. It would appear that things didn’t go as you had planned.”It was amazing to see that the man was still alive, but Evol Khan learned long ago that it took a lot to kill this Chinaman. General Cho spat on the ground at Khan’s feet. The spittle was quite crimson, and he glared at Khan with one remaining eye. “Oh Cho, no need for such anger directed at me. I’m not your enemy. Have I not been a dear ally of yours for years? Have we not both grown wealthy on the tears of the poppy? No sir you wrong me to the core.”Evol Khan tsked tsked at the fallen drug dealer.“I know you’re in a lot of pain, my ally,” said Evol Khan, “but my curiosity, you see, and possibly the chance that whomever dealt you such a blow may come to Singapore to seek retribution upon my person. Whom has done this to you?”Cho stared up at Evol Khan, anger and pain warring in this eye. He only said one word, and it was a word Khan wasn’t too familiar with. It was “Tartan”.Evol Khan stood up straighter and rubbed his chin. Could this Tartan be the person who destroyed Cho? Should this be something he need worry about?Khan was brought out of his contemplation by the sound of Cho coughing up blood. Well, figured Evol Khan, this is probably the end. Must be return to Singapore. Time was money, and it was time for Evol Khan to return. The pilot had fired up the helicopter fanning the flames. Evol Khan was just about to get in when he had a second thought. Maybe, just maybe Cho could be of a use to him. Signaling to one of his men, he said, “Bring him."Singapore, 5 years ago...The many operations on General Cho were complete. First it was Doctor Crab, in the employ of Evol Khan who brought General Cho back from the brink of death, but it was left to Dr Jacques Assamoua AKA Revenant to completely repair General Cho. The cybernetic surgeon grafted several cybernetic systems on General Cho, including a new cybernetic arm, a cybernetic eye and a cybernetic ear. Doctor Assamoua was also responsible for some modifications to Evol Khan's niece before he returned to Africa.General Cho is still a strong ally of Evol Khan, and he has once again returned to China to carve out a piece of the lucritive drug trade there. He has brought Lezzlie with him, and has gathered together a few others to his banner. Soon the Black Lotus Society will be the largest criminal organizations in all of China. |
His defeat at the hand of Tartan hasn’t dimmed General Cho’s need to be brutal. In fact General Cho is more brutal and vicious than ever. He truly gets a lot of pleasure in inflicting harm of innocents. Only his allies in the Black Lotus Society seem to be immune to General Cho’s displeasures. General Cho is a master of making examples of those who defy him. General Cho doesn’t take kindly to those who’d challenge his authority, be it some super-human in tights, or a mere peasant. If actually challenged to a fight, General Cho doesn’t hold back. General Cho would move Heaven and Earth to win a battle. He doesn’t take losing very well.General Cho wants to rule all of China. It matters little to him that the Immortals, and the Gang of Five, and not to mention Chinese military stand in his way. Needlessly to say, General Cho is power hungry. He was once one of the most powerful drug lords in China, and he won’t let anything, or anybody stand in his way in recovering his lost throne. |
"We must all do what we must do, for if we do not, then what we must do does not get done." |
General Cho is a cyborg. As such his cybernetics grants him super-human strength and speed. His frame is armored with cybernetics, which protects him from all sorts of attacks. His cyber-eye lets him see into the infrared spectrum, and his cyber-ear acts as a powerful sonar. General Cho is a master of kung fu. He fights barehanded and with a dang dao or Chinese broad sword. With his super-human strength, General Cho can deliver massive amounts of damage. |
It is obvious to anyone seeing General Cho that he’s a cyborg. Very little flesh actually is apparent. The rest is cybernetics. His left arm is of flesh, as is the right side of his face. It looks like he’s wearing armor, but actually it’s his cybernetics. General Cho wears a green and red robe over his cyborg body that is festooned with medals and ribbons. On his cybernetic feet General Cho wears combat boots. General Cho generally carries his sword in it's scabbard at his side in his cybernetic hand. The left side of General Cho's head is completely cybernetic, the eye being a blue orb. The human half has a brown eye. General Cho still grows hair and keeps his in a wild mane that reaches to his shoulders. |
