Early in the guerilla war against the Iglaglic, the Skellarians were provided a key technology that allowed them to fight against their invaders. Who gave it to them is still unknown and will likely never be known. After making several copies and training a handful of Skellar in the use of the Counter-Psion weapon, they put it to use. |

The Counter-Psions are equipped with Defensive Laser Blasters and Personal Deflector belts. However, the majority of their capability is with their psionic spectrum detectors and Counter-Psion Assembly. The latter provides both passive and reactive psionic defenses locally. |
