Background

The fourth man to take the role of Final Solution, Juan was a graduate of Dr Mengele's Kinder Der Zukunft.  When the previous Final Solution was killed in action, Mengele conducted a primal contest between his recent Kinder graduates to see who was the best.  Juan killed the other six contenders and was awarded with the Final Solution mantle, including membership in Blitzkrieg.

Since joining the team, Final Solution has been involved in a variety of international terrorist activities, most notably the assassination of the Belgian Prime Minister in 2004.

Like all of Mengele's kinder, Juan was orphaned because of his uber gene.  His family were a middle class family from Buenos Aires, but not much more is known about them.
Personality
Juan has been subjected to torturous experiments since he was seven years old.  He has lost much of his humanity and seems to be an automaton.  He is able to infiltrate social situations but does not seek them out, preferring to spend his time in training.  He is dedicated to his physical perfection and is the most loyal to Mengele.

Powers

Juan's uber gene manifested itself as heightened physical abilities from his strength to his reaction time.  In addition to his uber abilities, however, Juan also possesses a high resistance to pain gained through long exposure to Mengele's experiments.  He is a trained killer and possesses useful skills in infiltrating situations in order to deliver the killing shot.
Appearance

Juan Pedro de Rato is a young man in peak health, although his eyes reflect a vacant and haunted look. The Final Solution costume is hardened armour and is predominantly black with dark red boots and a partial mask.  Juan has a swastika tattoo on his left shoulder.
