Background

The Graveyard is one of many magical dimensions that lies close to the graveyards of the real world. Among the weird things that happen here, the barrier between the dimension and the real world occasionally becomes so thin that people can step across it. That happened one night to Conde de la Muerte when he was being pursued by the Inquisition.

Not only did it help him escape persecution, but he realized that it would make an excellent base of operations. Ever since, he (and later, the Living Dead) have used it as both a sanctuary from the living and a place to prepare their next strike.

Powers
In addition to making visitors feel unwelcome, this dimension also has a natural magical effect which boosts any necromantic or undead power. Furthermore, any living person in the dimension is surrounded by a halo of light.
Appearance

The Graveyard resembles graveyards from around the world. Tombstones, crypts, monuments, dead trees, spindly weeds, and continual ground fog are always present. It is always night, and the moon is continuously full and goes through cycles of being hidden and unhidden by dark, looming clouds. Things move about in the shadows that may or may not be there, and there are numerous strange sounds - wolf howls, fluttering unseen wings, eerie cat snarls, and barking hounds.
