Suprita Irani was abandoned at birth and brought up in an orphanage for girls. The Catholic nuns who cared for her first noticed Suprita's gifts when she cured a young boy who had been brought in with a fever. not only was the boy well again in the morning, but he had regrown his left leg which had been surgically removed the year before. The nuns decided to keep the girl's secret, although they whispered amongst themselves about divine intervention.

When Suprita was thirteen she began to show her incredible strength and durability. She would assist the nuns with their manual work, often lifting heavy objects out of the way with consummate ease. Finally one of the nuns went public and within a month, Suprita had been 'adopted' by the Government and sent to train with The Assembly. Suprita wasn't worried, and enjoyed the change in scenery, especially the glamour of the team's costumes. She joined the team just after the invasion of Pakistan and has not had to deal with the burden of such an aggressive move.

Recently she has begun to show interest in the cover-boy Dharma, and seems to hero-worship him. The similarity in their powers has meant that they spend a lot of time training together and while Dharma looks at Suprita as a little sister, she has more romantic visions of him.

Suprita is a teenaged girl who has spent most of her life living a semi-secluded life in a Catholic orphanage. She is familiar with poverty and hardship, but has not been exposed to the worst of society. She is young and wants to be liked and valued. Her only fear seems to be of darkness and to keep the shadows at bay she always sleeps in well-lit rooms.

Kismet exhibits a classic super strong and durable set of uber abilities. She seems to possess effortless strength and can withstand almost all forms of injury, although being shut up in darkness severely weakens her. She is able to fly at tremendous speeds and her regenerative aura is able to heal the greatest of wounds whether it is to herself or to others through skin contact.

As Kismet is still only a teenager, it has been hypothesised that she will grow into one of India's most powerful ubers.

Suprita is a young, wide eyed teenager. She has long dark hair which is usually tied in a thick pony tail, and since leaving the orphanage she has taken to wearing large quantities of jewellery, most notably rings, bangles and chains. Her hair has recently whitened in the middle which has produced a white stripe. As Kismet, she wears a pink shirt over a black bodysuit and a thin purple cape. She also wears a star symbol as her emblem.
