Henry Bhanuprasad ingratiated himself into some very influential company during his schooling at King's College, so when he graduated he found it a simple task to find a position with the Foreign Service. He collected contacts like a stamp collector collected rare first issues, and soon found himself with several fingers in several pies. MI5 took notice of him and managed to convince him to inform them about his current employer's activities. Henry played MI5 like he played everyone else, so when he found himself in possession of secret information about an upcoming arms exchange, Henry sold the information to the highest bidder.

The MI5 sting was sabotaged. The nuclear missile at the centre of the exchange fell into the hands of some shadowy East European agents, and seven MI5 agents were killed. Henry took his pay-off and fled to India, where he felt he was sure to receive protection. India had just defied world public opinion by invading Bangladesh and Pakistan, and after offering his services to the government and the Assembly, Henry Bhanuprasad was safely out of reach of the British law enforcement agencies.

Ever since joining the Assembly, Henry has found himself being watched, and at times attacked, by MI5 who are not satisfied to let him go.

At times he finds these attacks amusing, but at other times they deeply unnerve him.

Henry Bhanuprasad is arrogant and believes he should take whatever life offers him. He is not above putting other people down in his pursuit of goals, and has developed quite a reputation for being unreliable and untrustworthy. The Indian government are aware of this, but rightly understand that without their protection Henry is likely to spend the rest of his life behind bars.

He doesn't fit in with the rest of the Assembly, but that doesn't bother him much. He enjoys his extravagant lifestyle and the freedom he gets frm the government. He is growing more unstable, however, as the attacks on his life increase. It is unclear how long he will stay with India in such a public profile. He has made pleas to the government to transfer him to a more secret position, but so far they have been delaying any decision.

“T'would seem that you've got yourself into a sticky situation.”

Mister Honey, as he has become known in India, secretes a sticky substance which is thick like molasses. He is able to excrete this substance consciously, but even when not doing so, his body produces smaller amounts. His body is able to absorb impacts, stretch itself to allow some attacks to pass through him, and release a kind of toxin which drains an opponent's vitality.

Mister Honey does not wear a costume, as his powers require him to access skin-to-skin contact. He usually wears a pink velvet jacket and lilac trousers. Mister Honey is a large man, and his skin is thick and oily which is unnerving to touch. He keeps his head shaved and exudes a confident, yet smarmy, demeanor.
