| Background |
Leposva was a young soldier in the Serbian militia with a promising career. He was known for his knowledge of firearms and his willingness to use them on the enemies of the Serbs. When rumours of a NATO invasion imminent in 1999, Leposva started to secretly stockpile a cache of firearms at his father's farm. After NATO did invade, Leposva had his firearms loaded into a van and left war-torn Bosnia in the dust. He swore that one day he’d return and make things right for the Serbs. Since leaving Leposva has gone by the code name: Partisan. After leaving Bosnia, he traveled into Western Europe offering his services as an assassin, bodyguard, and arms dealer. In Poland he made a brief stop to rob an armored car to further fund his new revolution. However, things turned bad when a group of soldiers showed up. Luckily for Partisan, TITAN was traveling through Poland at the time and noticed the fire fight. They intervened and quickly routed the soldiers. Sterling offered Partisan a place with TITAN, and he jumped at the offer. Especially when Armstrong and Steppenwolf showed up, forcing the villains to retreat along with the armored car and its loot. Partisan likes to use the money and weapons he gains from being a member of TITAN to support his revolutionary goals. He still strongly believes in the Serbian cause. Too bad he’s a cold hearted killer. |
| Personality |
Leposva is a trained killer. He holds no remorse over his actions. Leposva would shot someone in the back without any thought. His one passion is his firearms. He never seems to have enough of them. Partisan likes to visit gun shows in his secret identity to see what new guns are on the market. Partisan is gung-ho and thinks nothing about getting into a gun fight. It’s hard to say whether Partisan has a death wish or if he thinks that he's invulnerable. His jumping into fire fights so easily can be his undoing. |

| Powers |
Partisan is a villain with no actual powers. However, he’s in tip top physical shape. Partisan is a gun totting super-villain who likes to use a variety of firearms. He has a van full of rifles, hand guns, sub-machine guns and other heavy weaponry. Most of these firearms have been stolen from military depots all over Europe. Partisan is trained in the use of almost any firearm. While he might change weapons between assignments, he does keep his lucky Makarov 9mm with him at all times. Also Partisan is quite aware that people may be shooting at him so he wears a suit of light weight body armor for protection. Even without his firearms, Partisan is still a dangerous foe. He has trained for a long time as a soldier. As such he’s a skilled hand to hand combatant. Partisan will fall back upon his martial arts if he’s ever disarmed. |
| Appearance |
Partisan's costume is a set of black and white combat fatigues. In addition to his fatigues he wears combat boots. Partisan wears a blue bandanna that he pulls up to cover the lower half of his face to hide his identity. Physically, Partisan is a young muscular man with short blond hair cut in a military fashion, and ice blue eyes. It’s usually the eyes that give Partisan away. He has the look of a trained killer that often unnerves people with its intensity. A firearm is usually cradled in his arms. |
