| Background |
Ivanka was an up and coming engineer working in Bulgaria. She was in charge of the construction of a bridge over the Danube River when tragedy struck. A crane that was being used in the construction collapsed with Ivanka under it. Her arms were crushed in the accident. She was transported to Moscow where the doctors were able to repair most of the damage, but she was left without the use of her arms. The doctors wanted to amputate but Ivanka refused. A few years later she met Doctor Guy L’Estrie. He had recently become a cyborg, and felt that he might be able to help Ivanka regain the use of her arms. Doctor L’Estrie installed electronic implants along both arms. Not only did she regain the full use of her arms, but Ivanka gained some amazing abilities as well. L’Estrie, who over time had become involved with Ivanka, was heartbroken when she walked out on him. Returning to Bulgaria, Ivanka designed herself a costume and started a career as a super-villainess known as Siege. Yet, she still desired some companionship and had heard about TITAN being in Eastern Europe. Siege looked them up and was able to convince Sterling to allow her to join. |

Being crippled has seriously altered Ivanka's personality. Once she enjoyed building things, but now she has done a complete reverse. She now lives for destruction. The more the merrier. Also because of the accident she feels very dependant on money. It takes a lot of money to maintain the electronic implants. For Siege there never seems to be enough money. Siege has also become quite ruthless, not caring out how her destructive habits might affect others. |

Due to the electronic implants in her arms Siege is able to manage incredible feats of destruction. She is able to sense weaknesses in an object and with a single blow of her fist destroy them. She can perform a number of different blows as well; piercing armour, rapid strikes and others. By using the electronic implants in her arms Siege can easily climb walls. The implants also make it harder to move Siege when she doesn’t want to be moved. The implants are heavily shielded and even protect Siege from damage. |

Siege's costume is a black skin tight body suit. On the chest of the body suit is an upraised silver fist and alongside the arms and legs of the body suit are silver stripes. Her costume is hooded and in addition to the hood, Siege wears a pair of large red goggles to hide her identity. She’s a tall lithe woman with long blond hair and green eyes. In her Siege guise she usually has a sneer across her face at all times. |
