On the beautiful July morning when the Hero City theme park was opening its gates to visitors for the first time, the technomancer Daemon of the squad of hackers and thieves called the Comets had one important job: to create distractions in all of the entertainment company’s theme parks in the area. The distractions would help his team fulfill its real mission. |

| Although he looks like a charming doll, Small Wonder acts more like a destructive, mean-spirited adolescent with no conscience. He delights in acts of vandalism and assault. Between acts of mayhem, he enjoys womanizing, indulging in alcohol and cigars, and generally living "the good life." He has an extremely short temper and is prone to violence at a moment's notice. Seemingly incurious about his own origins, he is content to wander the world wherever his whims take him. He bears a particular hatred for Mini-Doom, who shares a similar origin, and a disdain for the entertainment company that originally crafted his doll form. | |||||||||

As a living doll, Small Wonder lacks normal physical needs. He is very resistant to damage and recovers quickly from any damage he does take, even being able to reattach lost parts if necessary. Beyond that, he possesses incredible strength, which he employs to great effect. His small size makes and agility make him difficult to hit. |

Small Wonder looks like a smiling, child-sized doll just under a meter tall. Taken from the "Dutch" section of the ride where he was brought to life, he wears a blue "Dutch boy" hat, a red-and-white-striped shirt, a green bandanna, blue pants, and yellow "wooden" shoes. He has blue eyes, freckles, mop-cut blonde hair, and a perpetual smile. His friendly appearance makes his violent actions even more frightening. |
