Sergei Prospepov hated Otto von Harnz with a passion, he had figured out that the "good" doctor had sabotaged his Super petznaz clone and caused him to be exiled to this iberian wasteland, but he would get even.... oh yes he would. His new research was going oh so well, and soon he would pay the man back... he would take his life. Sergei had found out something very interesting: during World War II Russian and Nazi Germany had been allies for a time and when they were working together they were attempting to create more Ubers for the war effort. This led to a lot of research being done in Germany on Max Uber and how to recreate him via cloning or natural birth. When Nazi Germany finally fell to Russian soldiers they found quite a bit of the research in the same building as Hitler's body. These DNA samples, cloning attempts, cloning chambers, and research notes were retrieved and taken to a top secret base in Siberia and then promptly forgotten in the race toward the Cold War. During the Cold War the god Perun appeared and began to assist Mother Russia, during his time in Russia before he returned to his own dimension, DNA samples were taken from him as well. Some of these samples were also sent to the top secret base in Siberia as well as a testing facility in Cuba. The Cuban experiment resulted in the two Perun clones coming into existence, this was hailed as a wonderful success.

Sergei had been banished to Siberia to work on some low level projects but had stumbled upon these two sets of DNA and after some modest initial success working on the DNA separately he had a brainstorm, what if he used them both, the two DNA strands melded seamlessly and his successes became much more than modest.  Within a year a boy was born from one of the ancient cloning chambers. Things seemed to be going wonderfully, until the fall of the Berlin Wall, all of a sudden financing dried up, Sergei was removed from the base and sent on his way. The boy had been hiding when the military kicked Sergei out, and was not able to return. Many unscrupulous soldiers were selling off military secrets to the highest bidder. One of these soldiers was Alexi Baranov, he had friends in the Middle East and one of these friends liked little boys. The now 6 year old fit the bill perfectly, he was an image of perfection, almost too perfect and even at such a tender age he had a sort of magnetism to him. Alexi made a huge bundle of money from the sale of the boy into slavery in the Middle East.

Once enslaved his name was changed to Rashid, after a few years of torture and rape he remembered no other name. He barely remembered his "father" who while quite insane in his desire to kill some "Professor" had been incredibly good to him. He had talked about some power within him and he needed to train it. He longed for this power to be free from this horrible man and his sadistic sick urges. Rashid was held captive for 7 years, he was raped, tortured, and lent out to the "shiekh's" friends on occasion. Then one night after his birthday "celebration" which just meant he was beaten worse and used by more than one person; he felt something welling up inside of him. It was strange, but that long off memory of power began to fill him up, he could feel it bursting to be free. His wounds and scars disappeared instantly.  His muscles grew and he felt this burning under his skin. He felt this need to see the man who had tortured him for so long. The next morning when people came by the compound they found nothing there but a enormous sheet of glass spanning kilometers in every direction. No walls, no buildings just a clean sheet of glass that still was extremely hot to the touch. The boy was gone, nowhere to be found. He travelled the Middle East attacking compound after compound for money and revenge.

This went on for a few months before a number of battles with Middle Eastern heroes put him constantly on the losing side. He fled back to Europe and spent the next five years travelling from place to place robbing where he could and attending school after school in an attempt to get an education. When he was eighteen he decided to return to Russia and meet the man who had ruined his life, Alexi was now one of the richest businessman in Russia cashing in on the work of the poor and abusing his power. Rashid had since changed his name to Uriel (the Angel of Vengeance) and definitely had it on his mind. The security detail had no chance against him and he was standing before the man moments after arriving at his home. He told the Alexi who he was, Alexi simply laughed in his face, it was the last thing Alexi ever did in this life. They found the body of Alexi Baranov with every appendage ripped from the body; both arms, both legs and his head... which was never found.

Uriel then returned to the base that bore him. Destroying the huge blast doors meant to withstand a nuclear blast was easily accomplished, and then he entered and explored his past. He destroyed everything that could be used to create another clone like himself and then began using the outpost as a base. He had a number of run-ins with Glasnost, which he readily handled but in a heist gone bad he crossed a member of Oktober. Iron Guard took it personally that the place he was supposed to be taking something from for Baba Natasha was already being robbed. This ended in an all out brawl, neither man coming out the winner so they both left. But Uriel knew that this had been a battle that could be trouble down the road. He decided to quietly leave Russia before Oktober made it impossible.

He is now living in London with the name Michael G. Evans.

He has since travelled the world living off of his thefts and learning and growing in power as he goes. He has along the way picked up some new abilities and a eclectic mix of skills. Although he has enjoyed himself he has picked up a new law enforcement agency hunting him almost everywhere he goes.

He spent a long time in hell and now that he is out he is very happy, he has realized how powerful he is and that he is continuing to become more and more powerful as he fights. He is still only a 23 years old and is trying to work through his past, he is slow to trust and will not trust anyone very readily and trusts no one completely. He has been alone since he was 6 years old and he is enjoying the fact that he is now working in a team, it makes him feel like he belongs - sort of. If his childhood had been different he could have very well been a hero but, since he lived in hell he has become something different. He is just trying to have fun now, but, money is low right now, he could always use another score.

He is half Super Uber and half God created from a mixture of the DNA of Perun and Max Uber. This makes him very hard to hurt and almost impossible to kill, as well as being able to fly. These powers do not compare with his most impressive ability. He can watch a being use its power and then be able to use it himself, any power that doesn't require some object to make it work he can recreate simply by analyzing the person. He can only gain a power after he analyzes the person and their abilities not before. This has given him some interesting powers. His only non stolen powers are an enhanced vision that can detect and analyze powers, a breath attack, his lightning fist and Enhanced Strength. He has so far picked up an additional 15 powers, making him quite formidable, and only to become more so with the passing battles.

A supernaturally good looking young man who seems to be about 19 or 20 years old. He has light brown hair and golden Hazel eyes. He is incredibly attractive. He wears whatever is comfortable and appropriate for the situation. In villian ID he wears a white thermal hoodie, black vest jacket, blue jeans, and combat boots. He also wears a mask so that no one can get a view of him. But generally his hoodie covers his face well enough that no one can really get a good look at him.
