“My name is Chetarye. That is what the scientists call me. I had three older brothers. They are all dead now. I still live. The scientists said I was a soldier, as were my brothers before me. They are all dead now, as are the scientists. Only the one who calls himself Professor remains.” “Training for war is what I do every day. The scientists said that war was inevitable between the United States and the Soviet Union. I was to be a soldier in the defense of Mother Russia, nothing else matters. My name is Chetarye.”“The scientists told me that I was good at war. My body is stronger than anyone else in this compound. My skills with weapons are greater than any of the other men who were sent here to train me. None of my instructors could stand long against me in hand-to-hand combat. | Personality |
Chetarye doesn’t have much of a personality. While he has the body of a twenty-year-old man, his emotions haven’t developed much, and it doesn't look like they ever will. He never seems to get upset, or happy for that matter. To most people they think of him as a cold-blooded killing machine, and that is what the scientists who created him were trying to do, create a perfect soldier. Chetarye is very much a follower. As long as Chetarye sees the person giving him his orders as powerful, he’ll do anything he’s asked to do like a good soldier. Not else matters to Chetarye. |

Chetarye is the last in a long line of genetically engineered super-soldiers built by the Soviet Union. He is the last because after the fall of Soviet Union the program was discontinued. Originally a design by Professor Prosperov, the program was later taken over by Professor. As a super-soldier, Chetarye is stronger, faster, and more resilient than the average person, however, the genetic engineering didn’t provide a solider equivalent to an Uberhuman. Chetarye is able to shrug of some blows, and has shown the ability to resist stunning. One of the more positive benefits of the genetic engineering is that Chetarye is able to heal quickly from any wounds.Chetarye is armed with an assault rifle, a knife, night vision goggles, and wears a highly advanced suit of body armor. Further, Chetarye has a mic on him allowing him to pick up radio signals. Even without his weapons, Chetarye is a brutal hand-to-hand combatant; able to deliver devastating blows with his bare hands. |

Chetarye is a powerfully built man. He keeps his hair cut short, and his brown eyes seem almost lifeless. For a costume, Super-Spetzna IV wears a tan long sleeved shirt under a green vest. He wears fingerless gloves on his hands for a better grip. Super-Spetzna IV also wears tan trousers and combat boots. On his head he wears a green head clothe. He keeps his combat knife in his right boot, and cradles his assault rifle in his arms. |
