Originally hired as bodyguards for the heiress Nicola Moriarty, after proving their loyalty and physical ability these men have been initiated by the Den Mother so that they are now part-man and part-beast. There have been many wolf men under the Den Mother's guidance, but it is uncertain how long she keeps them in her employ and what happens to the men when she tires of them. The Den Mother is, however, always on the look out for more bodyguards. |

The Wolf Men appear to be classic werewolves: human men able to transform into wolfmen. They are strong and fast, and difficult to injure or keep down for very long. The major difference between the Wolf Men and werewolves is their inability to pass on the 'curse' and the fact that they are not especially vulnerable to conventional anti-werewolve paraphernalia (much to the surprise of many opponents). |

In wolf form they appear to be large wolves which exude menace and cunning. While they are able to stand on their feet and move around in a bipedal mode, the wolves prefer to prowl on all fours. They have menacing red eyes and dark coats of thick hair. |
